Meet Nova
Our vision is to be a place of new beginnings, a practice where healing feels safe, authentic, and transformative. Nova is where possibilities emerge, resilience is nurtured, and every person is supported in becoming their truest self.
Nova is a culmination of a decade-long dream and a commitment to fostering deep, authentic healing. Founded by Ginka S. Conrey, LCSW, PMH-C, Nova embodies a visionary approach to mental wellness, built on a foundation of extensive experience and a profound dedication to both clients and clinicians.
A Growing Practice, A Lasting Impact
Every client is viewed through a trauma lens, recognizing the profound impact past experiences can have on present well-being.
We are passionate about helping individuals navigate complex issues such as perinatal mental health challenges (including infertility, miscarriages, traumatic birth experiences, and postpartum adjustments), anxiety, depression, life transitions, as well as childhood and adult traumas. Our goal is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward where you aspire to be.
