Non-Judgmental
Healing begins where judgment ends. We cultivate a safe, compassionate environment where you can share your story openly, knowing you will be met with empathy, respect, and acceptance—not criticism.
Born from a lifelong dream, decades of clinical experience, and shaped by the resilience of an immigrant journey, NOVA was created to redefine what the therapy experience can feel like.
NOVA Psychotherapy Services is the culmination of a dream more than a decade in the making. Founded by Ginka Conrey, LCSW, PMH-C, NOVA was intentionally designed as a boutique psychotherapy practice where evidence-based clinical care meets the warmth and comfort of your grandma’s living room. Every detail was created with one purpose – to provide a therapeutic experience that feels deeply personal, welcoming, and rooted in genuine human connection.
We believe people aren’t broken. Life, trauma, loss, and expectations can create layers that disconnect us from who we’ve always been. Our role isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to walk alongside you as you gently begin letting go of those layers, reconnect with your authentic self, and create lasting change from the inside out.
A place where healing feels safe, connection comes first, and becoming begins with unbecoming.
Our Approach
At NOVA, our name represents more than who we are—it reflects how we care for every person who walks through our doors.
Healing begins where judgment ends. We cultivate a safe, compassionate environment where you can share your story openly, knowing you will be met with empathy, respect, and acceptance—not criticism.
Every person’s journey is unique. We honor your individual experiences, perspectives, and identity with curiosity, cultural humility, and a commitment to understanding your story.
We believe healing is about seeing beyond where you are today. Together, we help you rediscover your strengths, cultivate hope, and create a vision for the life you want to live—one rooted in authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
Authentic connection is at the heart of everything we do. We believe the therapeutic relationship is built through honesty, vulnerability, and trust, creating a space where you feel safe to reconnect with your most genuine self.

Hello, I’m Meredith. Sometimes the hardest part of life’s unexpected turns isn’t starting over, it’s remembering who you were before you spent years taking care of everyone else. I know life can take unexpected turns, and sometimes in the process of caring for others, we lose sight of our own needs. Together, we’ll become curious about the patterns that have shaped your relationships, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and work toward creating healthier ways of connecting with others while reconnecting with yourself.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Becoming a counselor has been more than just a career path for me; it is something that genuinely comes from the heart. My passion for this field began through life experiences that showed me how important it is to have someone who truly listens, supports, and believes in you during difficult moments.

I believe real growth happens when you finally feel safe enough to explore who you actually are. With a background rooted in people leadership, I support individuals of all backgrounds and ages as they work through the complexities of life. As an immigrant, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my practice, understanding firsthand the nuance of balancing differing expectations, environments, and a sense of belonging.
