Kaitlyn Armstrong, BA, Master’s Level Clinical Intern

Pre-Licensure Professional under Supervision

Adults, Adolescents & Couples

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern currently pursuing my master’s degree at Capella University. I believe that healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges at their own pace.

My passion lies in working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals navigating life’s transitions. Before pursuing counseling, I worked in education and healthcare, experiences that deepened my appreciation for meeting people where they are with compassion, curiosity, and respect. These experiences continue to shape my therapeutic approach and my commitment to helping clients feel supported throughout their healing journey.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and connection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide a space where you can gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

As a Clinical Intern at NOVA Psychotherapy Services, I provide therapy under the supervision of Ginka Conrey, LCSW ensuring clients receive thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality care while benefiting from a collaborative treatment approach.

I look forward to walking alongside you as you take the next step toward healing and growth.
